Your Commitment
I can help you get 50% stronger and transform your health - but, I can’t do it for you. You have to do the work. My job is to guide, motivate, encourage and support you, and to make it FUN. Your job is to show up and do the work.

Attend 1 class per week

Keep a workout diary so we can track your progress and keep you on target

Do your home exercises (max 10 minutes) at least 3 days per week
